Sakarya University Mechanical Engineering Department of Construction and Manufacturing Department's aim, to student; mechanical engineering problems identifying, formulating, solving and presentation skills, experimental design and able to perform, consequences analyze and interpret, the ability to use modern tools and equipment, have the ability to realize the importance of lifetime (continuous) education, engineering design and analysis of modern engineering methods, such as computer software and the ability to use modern methods to obtain information saves.
Construction Department is carried out in the design and production-related research and development activities on various issues. Some of them are Machine Elements Design and Analysis, Gear Design, Advanced Machine Tool Design, Machine Design, Bearing Design and Analysis, CAD / CAE / CAM, Design of Mechanics of Structures and Systems, Engineering Optimization, Rapid Prototyping, Biomechanics, Soft Tissue Biomechanics.
